So for the wedding ceremony to the reception, Good Time Entertainment is the entertainment of choice.
What better place to have your next party, wedding, or other special event than the majestic Hearst Castle? When not in conflict with a regularly scheduled tour, the hilltop can be reserved for your very own special occasion. Every special event at the Castle must include an educational or interpretive element which means that every event must have a tour associated with it. All events are held outdoors on one of the Castle's many picturesque terraces. Special events fall into two categories: parties of 1 - 50 people or parties of 50 or more. Pricing for a special event for 1 - 50 persons that is no longer than 3 hours is $7,500, plus a $500 nonrefundable deposit, $50 nonrefundable fee to schedule the event and the cost of staff reimbursement. For parties larger than 50 people, or for events lasting longer than 3 hours, | ||
| the special use fee for the Castle is $15,000, plus a $1,000 nonrefundable deposit, $50 scheduling fee and the cost of staff reimbursement. Staff costs would be for the guides, security, buses and any other staff personnel that is required to successfully accomplish your event. Insurance for up to one million dollars per occurrence is also required.
